Although I haven't driven it extensively, I'm satisfied with its performance based on the amount of use it's had. Customer service was very good; I was extremely happy with the work they completed, including adding parking sensors and all the other little bits. The car is great and is performing exceptionally well. I did have my own mechanic give it a once-over for peace of mind, and it got the seal of approval with the added bonus that it drives brilliantly. The customer service I received from all at LVMC was outstanding; I couldn't fault them. My husband had already found the car online. Contacted Winnie, she was very nice and gave us an appointment. The deposit was paid and we went back home. On pick up day James attended to us, he was very helpful when we came with our brother and his wife to check on the cars. payments settled and we left. Still in touch for our brothers choice of car.

Before buying my Lexus ISF I did a lot of research on things like the fuel economy of V8s. From what I had seen they didn't seem to be great but I really liked the car so I decided to start looking around for one that had been well looked after. LVMC had one which had been RAC checked so it gave me the satisfaction that it would all be ok. My son and I went down to have a look at it and take it for a test drive and we were really pleased. David is a really good guy and you can tell he really wants everything to go well. It is a 2013 plate so you always expect things to be niggling but I have been really impressed. Even the fuel economy is amazing, despite it being a V8 I am still getting 32-34 on the motorway. It is a complicated machine so it is really good having that reassurance with the RAC check, MOT and service history. You can tell it has been well looked after. I am really pleased overall, it all felt very professional and the cars are all high quality that they are selling so you can tell they pride themselves on this.

I knew exactly what I wanted when it came to buying my Audi A1, right down to the colour and spec. When I was looking, I was really struggling to find one that ticked all the boxes so I started to look further afield which is when I found LVMC. They had the perfect A1 that had everything I was looking for but I had never used them before with being from Stevenage. My partner and I had a look at the reviews and the website before we made a decision to go and they were all really positive so it gave us the confidence that they were a reputable company. When we got there they definitely lived up to their reviews, they are really lovely gentlemen. They were informative and helpful and were really transparent about the car and just let it sell itself rather than pushing us into anything. I am so happy with my decision and I am driving my A1 quite a lot now. It is a really nice car and I don't have any complaints at all.

Even though my wife has not yet passed her test, I decided it was time to buy her a car. I am hoping it will motivate her to get her test done even though she is busy with work. We had booked in to see a few cars but after coming to LVMC we cancelled the other bookings. James who we spoke to was a very very nice guy. He was just easy going and honest with everything he told us. We had previously looked at a car in Manchester and were having some issues with the dealer when we changed our mind and wanted to go with the Mini John Cooper from LVMC but James just got it all worked out for us and was exceptional. It is very clear he enjoys his job and both my wife and I were extremely happy with the service he provided. We would 100% go back if we ever wanted another car. Very very happy!

Loving my Mercedes C220! I had a bit of an issue with the sensor but it was all sorted thanks to LVMC. Everything has just been spot on. They have looked after me throughout the whole process even though it was mainly done online they still got me everything I needed. When I went to collect it, I wasn't disappointed at all. It lived up to the images I had seen online and was very true to the advert. It was such an easy process, I have no hardships at all. All in all, it was sorted within 5 days so was very quick from start to finish.

I am a firm believer in nothing being perfect but I genuinely can't fault LVMC. It was a bit further away than we initially thought but that may be because of my sense of direction 😂 It was still worth the trip though as their VW Polo met all the criteria and spec that we were looking for. I have no complaints at all about the service, they got us everything we needed no problems at all. We took it on a test drive and were happy with it so we decided to take it. It was a very relaxed experience though and wasn't pushy at all so I imagine if we hadn't liked it there would have been no questions asked. It was the little things for me that make them stand out like I mentioned to my husband that there was a little scratch on the bumper and when I got back to collect the car they had overheard this and had the scratch polished out for us without us even asking. Based on my experience this time around, I would definitely go back!

Touch wood, everything has been going well with my Mercedes E220 for the couple of months I've had it. It was my first time taking finance out on a car, and I made sure to let the salesman know. When I visited LVMC it was the first time I'd heard of them, let alone getting a car from here but I'm glad I found them. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from the team because when I first walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome. I had no issues while I was in the dealership, I was allowed to look around the Volkswagen Golf in my own time and I didn't feel pressured to buying at all. Since driving away the car has been great and I've not come across any issues with it.

My Jaguar XK isn't your every day run of the mill car and for the time I've driven it, I'm really pleased with it. I'd been keeping an eye on it for a while, along with a few others, but this one stood out to me because of its great condition. When I first saw the car online I thought the condition of the car was too good to be true, with it looking almost perfect. So when I headed down to the dealership I was expecting to find something that was on the advert but to mu surprise it was exactly as described. I've probably had my car for about a month now so I thought now would be a good time to leave a review. For the short amount of time that I've had the car I reckon I've put about 2000 miles on the car since, I've had some long trips to Oxford and back which can add up to a couple of hours from where I live. The car has been perfect, I've had no issues with it at all and it's really comfortable. Full of compliments for James because he was just amazing all the way through, I can't fault him.

My son in law bought my new Renault Captur about a month ago. He said it'd be similar to my little Clio but it's definitely not got as much oomph; I'm to sure what I expected with a 0.9 litre engine haha! It's nice enough but it's taking some getting used to. The staff at LVMC were good - We dealt with a man named James who was a nice enough chap and the whole sale was quick and easy and my son in law was pleased with everything with is good enough for me.

Enjoying our new Land Rover from LVMC, the car had an issue with a sensor that could of happened to anyone with a second hand car, but the staff there were more that happy to help and agreed to reimburse me for any costs incurred to resolve the issue. Respect is a massive deal to me and I can say that James at LVMC went above and beyond my expectations, when I arrived at the dealership I had a great warm welcome, throughout the process of choosing the right car for me, he was unbelievably polite and answered all my questions, no question was a silly question. Even after I had bought the car he didn't stop caring like some dealers can, he was very adamant that if I had any issues or questions to call him and he will do his up most to get them resolved. This dealership is fabulous, I'm gutted I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that helped me when I bought my new BMW from them, but I have to say he was the best. I was running late for my appointment, but when I finally arrived, even tho he was incredibly busy he made me feel like I was the only customer in the show room, he was informative and very lighthearted even had lots of playful banter with my little boy, which really put him at ease also - its the little things that really matter. We bought our new car from LVMC and it was honestly a really nice experience. We drove away in a lovely car, that I am very happy with; even tho we had a little moment where we thought the boot was broken, little did we know that there was a switch in the glove compartment which we had accidentally switched and locked the boot, we soon got it sorted and we laugh about it now, just very thank full for the back foot wells being so spacious, so I could bob my shopping in them, saved the lovely leather seats being scratched. I think it was Simon who was our salesman, he was a lovely salesman, very chatty and friendly. Over my 80 years I have had a great selection of cars, but nothing compares to this spaceship of a car I have bought from LVMC early this year. It has taken some getting used to, but my wife and I adore it and it. We dont go far, just to places like the opticians and the shops but we are very comfortable in our journeys now, I must say all the staff at LVMC were fantastic, very kind and helpful people. I'm slowly getting use to all of the gadgets on my Lexus- So far, I've managed to connect my phone to Bluetooth, which wasn't to difficult but we will have to see how we get on because there is a lot to learn. I don't tend to put a lot of miles on my car, simply because I only do small trips but the car has been great for the small trips and I find the car very comfortable. The sales team were very knowledgeable about the car and they were always on the other end of the phone to help me. For example, I had 50 miles left in the tank and I needed to fill up but I couldn't open the petrol cap, so I phoned the dealership and asked for some help on how to do this and they were quick to advise me on how to do this.

My wife came across LVMC whilst searching for a car, I gave James a call and had a chat and before we knew it, we was on our way down to the dealership. We had a good idea of what we wanted - age, mileage, automatic, petrol.. ect. We told the guys down at the dealership and they supported us and pointed us in the direction of the Nissan Juke, when we saw it it was clean, tidy and looked brand spanking new. There and then is when we knew we wanted that car. I know there was a lot of interest on the car, even when we was there someone came over and said 'we are local, we live round here can't you not just sell the car to us', yet James stood his ground and told them that the car was for us, which I was blown out of the park at that point. It was a pretty fast process, we waited a week whilst they prepared the car in the workshop - but that suited us anyway. I don't really give full marks but if it was going to be anyone that got 5/5 it would be your guys!

I loved every moment of my time spent at LVMC but what stood out to me the most was the non-pushyness and how comfortable I felt when I was having a look around the dealership. I told my sales advisor I wanted to take a look at the Ford Fiesta, he passed me the keys and showed me to it and told me to come and grab him if I needed anything, then left me to do what I needed to (which I really appreciated). I was taken back by such excellent customer service. Singing your praises ALWAYS!

I could not be happier with my experience.... So far so good with the Avensis. What I really like it that I was able to log on to the Toyota website and take a look at all the services the car has had and I was best impressed when I checked the history and how well its been maintained. The customer service was hands down brilliant each member of staff I would rate 5/5 for sure! I turned up unexpected and said I wanted to drive away with the car that day, they did everything in their power to make that possible for me. There was a few minor niggles on the car and they got it all sorted that day and it wasn't even booked in, I cant tell you how much I appreciated what they did for me that day. Totally brilliant. LVMC and more so, James, have really changed my view on car dealers and now I know not all of them are typical car dealers and want to hurry you to buy a car. I was even given the option to pick it up the day after but I knew I wanted the car that day and like I said they got it done for me whilst I waited. I can't thank LVMC enough and if I need a new car this will be the first place I look!

It's around 730pm a vehicle on a different forecourt I was looking at suddenly had a deposit taken. I saw a very low mileage for year showroom condition car. I emailed a message had call back very soon. I was talking to a gentleman who was friendly polite and who listened to every word without interrupting me. By 9pm having reserved the vehicle and I must say without any pressure selling, just the promise of if any more information or help needed don't hesitate to call. By mid afternoon next day I was just about to start 160 miles journey home in my newly purchased car. I can honestly say all the staff at Lvmc made this a hassle free purchase. If you like the look of a car reserve it! As if you get the same welcome an professional friendly service I did. You may just of made your easiest car purchase to date.. During these difficult days of the COVID-19; I telephoned LVMC, talked with their General Manager making an appointment to view a prestige vehicle. Upon meeting him, it quickly became apparent that he, like me, was a passionate car enthusiast. This allowed for a clear ethos of honesty and integrity in the discussion on a part-exchanging my Mercedes-Benz S-class LWB 350d Executive BLUTEC for their advertised Land Rover Range Rover 3.0 TDV6 (L405) Autobiography. His knowledge, professional 'non-hard sell' approach and willingness to address any issue raised concerning the vehicle, exuded in my confidence to negotiate a no-nonsense part-exchange deal. In conclusion and in my opinion, LVMC (being a family business centred in Chingford) is not your usual used car (second-hand) dealership; most importantly also cares for its clients with their aftersales service as well; and can only be recognised as a first-class customer service provider.

The rep, Norman called me within 24 hrs of my request and gave me a brief outline of the vehicle and booked an appt for me to view it and test drive. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and shown around.
